The single door unit is constructed of high quality stainless steel on both the exterior and interior and is designed for easy service and maintenance. Digital temperature controls work to maintain the optimum interior temperature. The self-closing door helps to reduce wasted energy and its 90° stay open feature provides easy access when loading and unloading. Auto cycle defrost provides for lower energy consumption and colder product temperature. Safety door lock provides security for your food inventory. The shelf is removable and adjustable for easy cleaning. Included are 8 pans as well as a cutting board for easy food preparation and there is a compartment barrier that prevents spillage into the food storage area. The heavy-duty compressor is bottom mounted for easy cleaning and maintenance.
