How do I know which accessory fits my Magic Chef appliance?
Every accessory here is made for a specific model. The True HEPA Filter (MCAP-F1) is made for the MCAP800W air purifier. The replacement battery, the HEPA filter and the 4-pack of dustbags are all made for the MCVPRO cordless stick vacuum and MCVTOWER charging tower system. Match the model number on your appliance to the product title before ordering.
What does the MCAP800W True HEPA filter capture?
The 16 in. True HEPA MCAP800W Purifier Filter uses a dual-layer design rated to capture up to 99.97% of airborne particles as small as 0.3 microns. That covers common household irritants such as dust, pollen and pet dander. Replacing the filter when needed keeps your MCAP800W purifier cleaning the air the way it should.
When should I replace my MCVPRO vacuum battery?
If your MCVPRO cordless stick vacuum doesn’t run as long as it used to on a full charge, a fresh battery can bring back its runtime. The Vacuum Replacement Battery is a genuine rechargeable battery for the MCVPRO and works with the MCVTOWER charging station and the vacuum’s power management. Do the MCVPRO dustbags include a filter?
Yes. The Replacement Dustbag 4-pack for the MCVPRO+MCVTOWER system (SKU MCVTOWERDB) has an integrated HEPA filter, so each bag helps trap dust, dirt and allergens as the tower empties the vacuum. A 4-pack gives you spares on hand so you’re ready to swap in a new bag when the current one is full.
What is the difference between the vacuum HEPA filter and the dustbags?
They do different jobs in the MCVPRO+MCVTOWER system. The HEPA Filter for MCVPRO+MCVTOWER is a replaceable filter that traps microscopic dust, allergens and pollutants and helps the vacuum keep strong suction. The dustbags collect the debris the tower empties out of the vacuum, and each bag has its own built-in HEPA filter. Most owners will want both on hand.
